Καταγγελίες με φωτογραφικό υλικό, για παράνομη παρουσία οπλισμένων ανδρών των ΕΚΑΜ μέσα στα Επείγοντα του  Ευαγγελισμού όπου εξετάστηκε ο Ανδρέας – Δημήτρης Μπουρζούκος έρχονται στο φως της δημοσιότητας μέσω ίντερνετ.

Καταγγελίες με φωτογραφικό υλικό, για παράνομη παρουσία οπλισμένων ανδρών των ΕΚΑΜ μέσα στα Επείγοντα του  Ευαγγελισμού όπου εξετάστηκε ο Ανδρέας – Δημήτρης Μπουρζούκος έρχονται στο φως της δημοσιότητας μέσω ίντερνετ.
Στις φωτογραφίες εμφανίζονται οι πάνοπλοι άνδρες μέσα στον Ευαγγελισμό και το (ανώνυμο προς το παρόν) κείμενο που τις συνοδεύει περιγράφει αναλυτικά τι ακριβώς συνέβη, τουλάχιστον όπως υποστηρίζουν οι συντάκτες του.

«Αποκλειστικές φωτογραφίες: Άνδρες της ειδικής μονάδας της Αντιτρομοκρατικής μπαίνουν στα Επείγοντα νοσοκομείου όσο οι γιατροί περιποιούνται βασανισμένο αναρχικό
-«οι φωτογραφίες αυτές τραβήχτηκαν στα επείγοντα του Ευαγγελισμού, στις 3 Φεβρουαρίου του 2013, κατά τη μεταφορά του Α. Μπουρζούκου. Το τμήμα δεν είχε πρόσβαση στο εξωτερικό του νοσοκομείου, όπως και το δωμάτιο στο οποίο πήγαν τον Α.Μ. για να εξεταστεί.
– Όπως είναι φανερό από τις φωτογραφίες, τα μέλη της Αντιτρομοκρατικής (ΕΚΑΜ) βρίσκονται μέσα στο χώρο, πλήρως οπλισμένοι- μια τακτική που απαγορεύεται, όπως έλεγαν ψιθυρίζοντας μεταξύ τους τα μέλη του ιατρικού προσωπικού. Όταν ο επικεφαλής του χειρουργικού τμήματος τους ζήτησε να εξετάσουν τον Μπουρζούκο χωρίς την παρουσία οπλισμένων ανδρών, αρνήθηκαν να φύγουν, καθώς θα παραβίαζαν τις εντολές των ανωτέρων τους. Τους ζήτησε τότε να μείνουν (κάτι που ήδη ήταν ενάντια στους κανονισμούς) μέσα στο χώρο των χειρουργείων, αλλά έξω από την πόρτα του δωματίου όπου θα εξέταζε τον Μπουρζούκο, αλλά αρνήθηκαν και πάλι. Γιατί; Δεν υπήρχε πρόσβαση στο δωμάτιο απ΄έξω, εκτός αν κάποιος επρόκειτο να ανατινάξει ολόκληρο το κτήριο- και ήταν εξίσου αδύνατον για τον Μπουρζούκο να πάρει, ας πούμε, τον γιατρό ως όμηρο. Χτυπημένος σε όλο του το πρόσωπο «χωρίς να υπάρχει κόκαλο που να μην είναι σπασμένο», όπως είπαν, και με τα χέρια του σε χειροπέδες, πίσω από την πλάτη του.
-Μετά από αυτά εξετάστηκε (και, το καλύτερο) οι άντρες της αντιτρομοκρατικής ζήτησαν τα ονόματα των γιατρών, τα οποία φυσικά δεν τους δόθηκαν.
-Μήπως παραβιάστηκε το ιατρικό απόρρητο; Πιθανόν μαζί με το Πανεπιστημιακό άσυλο που έκρυβε έναν τόσο «επικίνδυνο» εγκληματία στις εγκαταστάσεις του Πανεπιστημίου Λέσβου (σ.σ.εκεί που σπούδαζε ο Μπουρζούκος);»

– The place where these photos were taken is the emergency department/surgery of the Evagelismos hospital on February 3d, 2013, during the transfer of A. Bourzoukos. The department had no access to the exterior of the hospital, let alone the room where they took A.M. in order for him to be examined.
 
– As it is obvious from the photographs, the members of police’s anti-terrorist squad (EKAM) are inside the place, fully armed – a practice that is not allowed, as the medical staff kept whispering between them. When the surgery department’s head asked them to let him examine Bourzoukos without the presence of armed men, they refused to leave, since they would be violating their commanders’ orders. He then asked them to stay (which was already against the rules) within the surgery space, but outside the door of the room where he would be examining Bourzoukos, but they refused, once again. Why? There was no access to the room from the outside, unless one was to blow up the entire building – and it was equally impossible for Bourzoukos, say, to take the doctor hostage. Beaten across his entire face, “without a bone that wasn’t broken”, as they said, and with his hands cuffed behind his back.
 
– He was then examined and (the best part of it all) the men of the anti-terrorist unit then asked for the names of the doctors, which were not handed to them, of course.
